-Instead of envelopes to hold team info use cloth bags that were designed for the bike relay. 

-All check points have recycling, composting and garbage bins (garbage bins being the smallest).

-Design an incentive program for bringing your own food dishes

-Similar to DCMF there is a discount for alcohol served in your own mug or the official bike relay mug

To reduce waste, I propose to enter a bike I found in the garbage.  Seventy-six years old, it was thoroughly rusted and needed a complete overhaul, but will save me tying up scarce carbon fibres in a new Cervelo.  This also keeps my wallet greener. - Garry Marnoch
